More than 75 arbitration cases involving different states and investors are currently conducted under the auspices of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (The Hague). The Russian Federation is sued in six of the above mentioned cases. All those cases are related to investments in Crimea. Russia is not a party to any of them. The arbitrators will have to address many issues, particularly, whether the Court has jurisdiction in such cases.
